Nenana Ridge Complex Complex 2025

Nenana Ridge Complex: Includes Bonanza Creek Fire (#238) and Goldstream Creek Fire (#270). Located southwest of Fairbanks. As of July 23rd, 2025, the complex is about 33049 acres and evacuations are in effect. The Alaska Complex Incident Management Team 2 (AKCIMT) assumed command on Monday, July 7th. A Type 3 Incident Management Team (T3IMT), an organization from the Alaska Division of Forestry & Fire Protection, will shadow the AKCIMT before assuming command on Thursday, July 24th.
