Red Bridge Road Fire (WACWC)

Wildfire Status:

The Red Bridge Road Fire, which ignited on June 9, 2025, at approximately 3:57 PM, is currently active with an estimated size of 53 acres. As of the latest update, the fire is 90% contained, with local agencies having effectively managed the situation. The fire began in a location north of Red Bridge Road and approximately seven miles east of Cle Elum, Washington. Despite the progress made in containment, two structures have been reported damaged, and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.

In terms of response, resources from the Eastern Washington Interagency Type 3 Incident Management Team initially addressed the fire, but as of June 13, 2025, control has transitioned to a local Type 4 team managed by the Department of Natural Resources.
