The Selway Wilderness Fires consist of the Cascade, Wolf Creek, Three Links, and Grotto Fires. All were lightning-caused and burning near or along the Selway River corridor in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. The Cascade Fire will be the only reported acreage in Inciweb.

1 Fire-related trail closure for the Selway Wilderness remains in effect for Forest Service Trail #4 from Wilderness Boundary to Big Rock Trail #693 Closures are in place to protect visitors from hazards including falling trees, smoke, rapid fire spread, and ongoing firefighter. With hunting season approaching, hunters should check current closure information before planning trips, as some areas and access routes may be inaccessible. Please respect all closures and plan alternate routes where needed.
