Wildfire Status:

The Windmill Fire, which started on March 14, 2025, in Roberts County, Texas, has reached a size of 23,287 acres and is currently 100% contained as of March 21, 2025. The fire initially posed significant threats, jumping over Country Road 16 and approaching County Road 17, where several structures were at risk.
