The Clark 900 Fire is currently active and located approximately 37 miles northeast of Roseburg, Oregon. It started on July 18th and is being managed by the North Carolina Incident Management Team 4. As of the latest update, the fire has merged with the Adam Mountain, Puddin, Quartz, Jack Saddle, White Creek, and Mineral Fires. The total size of the fire is 3,747 acres, with 0% containment of the perimeter.

There are currently 169 personnel working on the fire, and the estimated containment date is October 1, 2024. The fuels involved include timber, closed timber litter, light logging slash, and other materials. The fire behavior is described as moderate to active, with uphill runs, flanking, backing, and single/group tree torching observed. The weather conditions are a concern, with dry fuels contributing to fire intensity.
